By accessing or using Unshortened ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Unshortened is a free online tool that expands shortened URLs and scans the final destination for malware, phishing, and unwanted software using Google Web Risk. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to block any IP address or API key that violates these terms.
The JSON API is available for programmatic access. Basic usage requires no API key. Higher rate limits and batch/queue endpoints may require registration. API responses are cached for 24 hours. Do not share your API key publicly.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of threat detection results. Google Web Risk data is provided by Google and subject to its own terms.
In no event shall Unshortened, its operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
